What's new?

The Amplify Screener now recognizes when candidates ask to restart or go back during a screening. Instead of treating these requests as answers, the Screener responds naturally, acknowledges the request, explains that backward navigation isn’t supported, and continues from the correct point.

Why does it matter?

This creates a more natural and responsive candidate experience. By acknowledging candidate intent instead of ignoring it, the Screener reduces confusion and helps maintain engagement, leading to higher completion rates.

How do I enable this?

No action is required. This improvement is automatically available for all customers using Amplify Screen.
